Return & Refund Policy – Ratlam Namkeen by Malwa Brothers

At Ratlam Namkeen by Malwa Brothers, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality namkeen products. As our products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

However, if you receive a product that:

  • Is damaged during transit
  • Has an unusual smell or quality issue
  • Is unfit for consumption
  • Is different from the product ordered

Please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery at help.ratlamnamkeen@gmail.com.

After verification of the issue, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product free of cost, or
  • Process a full refund to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Refunds and replacements are applicable only in cases of genuine product quality issues.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for approval.
  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or orders placed by mistake.
