At Ratlam Namkeen by Malwa Brothers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions mentioned below.

• The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.
• The product is significantly different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product should be in its original packaging wherever possible.
• Please provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Return Method

Approved returns should be sent by mail/courier to the address provided by our support team.

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be covered by Ratlam Namkeen wherever applicable.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

We also offer product replacements for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days from delivery.
• Products with no genuine quality issue.
