Due to the perishable and food nature of our products, returns are not accepted
once the order has been delivered.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within
24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of approved damaged or incorrect orders.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Products once opened or consumed cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

⏱️ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
