Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged or incorrect orders.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, food items once opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned or refunded.
⏱️ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
